Specificity

Mouse Anti-Class II I-E^{d, j, k, p, r, u, v} (Clone C3A3-Do3) recognizes an epitope on Class II I-E^{d, j, k, p, r, u, v}. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution

Present on all B-cells, macrophages, dendritic cells and epithelial tissue. Absent from T-cells. Reacts with splenocytes and lymph nodes.
