Immunogen	Anti-human s100A4 mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human s100A4 protein 1-101 amino acids purified from E. coli.

Formulation	1mg/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, 10% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.
Recommended dilutions	s100A4 antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis and ICC/IF to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results.
