Immunogen	Anti-human CD14 mAb, clone PAT87H7AT, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells withspleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human CD14 protein 20-349amino acids purified from E. coli.

Formulation	1mg/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, 10% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.
Recommended dilutions	The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blotanalysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimalresults. Recommended starting dilution is 1:100.
