Description	Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for GRK2 detection. Tested with WB in Human; Mouse; Rat.
Protein Function	Specifically phosphorylates the agonist-occupied form of the beta-adrenergic and closely related receptors, probably inducing a desensitization of them. Key regulator of LPAR1 signaling. Competes with RALA for binding to LPAR1 thus affecting the signaling properties of the receptor. Desensitizes LPAR1 and LPAR2 in a phosphorylation-independent manner.
Subcellular Localization	Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity	Expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes.
Contents	Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na₂HPO₄, 0.05mg NaN₃.
Immunogen	A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence of human GRK2 (DSDPELVQWKKELRDAYREAQQLVQRVPKMKNK).
Cross Reactivity	No cross reactivity with other proteins.
Storage	At -20?C; for one year. After r?Constitution, at 4?C; for one month. It?Can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20?C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
