Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized TNFSF11 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution sRANKL should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Application:
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized sRANKL in sterile 18MO-cm H2O at a concentration of 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity: The activity is determined by a dose-dependent stimulation of IL-8 production in human PBMC and is typically less than 100ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 10, 000 Units/mg.
