Intented use	For the quantitative determination of Mouse CD132 / IL2RG concentration in serum.

Sample values	The average concentration of Mouse IL2RG in 10 normal mouse serum is 12.58 +/- 4.74 ng/mL ranging from 3.02 to 18.06 ng/mL.
Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Mouse IL2RG. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
Interference	Preparations of the factors listed below at 20 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant mouse IL2RG control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed. Interference was observed with recombinant mouse IL2 , mouse IL13RA1 and mouse IL13RA2 at concentrations >= 2 ng/mL.
