This product is used to determine C4 concentration in human serum.

The Complement 4 in human serum meet s the corresponding antibody ( Goat - anti human C4 antibody) in the liquid buffer , forming antigen - antibody complex, and the turbidity formed is proportional to the Complement 4 concentration in the linear range. Complement 4 concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.

This assay kit is suitable for automatic or semi - automatic biochemical analyzer with 340nm and 700 nm wavelength.

Fasting serum used as samples. Samples testing should be completed at the same day after collected. Otherwise, the samples should be cryopreserved and a void repeated freeze - thaw cycles. C4 in the samples remain stable for 7 days at 2 - 8C and for 3 months at cryopreservation condition.
This kit comes with a calibrator.
