TNFRSF4, also known as CD134, is a member of the TNFR-superfamily of receptors. It is a receptor for TNFSF4/OX40L/GP34. This protein is a costimulatory molecule implicated in long-term T-cell immunity. The interaction with OX40L regulates antigen-specific T-cell expansion and survival, cytokine production. It also modulates cytokine receptor signalling. Therefore the interaction between TNFRSF4 and CD40L plays a key role in the development of multiple imflammatry and autoimmune disease. Recombinant mouse OX40/TNFRSF4 , fused to hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in HEK293 cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
