Molecular Weight (kDa)	Recombinant protein has a calculated molecular weight of about 14 kDa. Due to the abundant glycosylation, it migrates as approximately 18-22 kDa protein bands in SDS-PAGE under DTT, beta-mercaptoethanol reducing conditions.
