Introduction	CD5 antigen-like (CD5L) participates in the regulation of the immune system. CD5L functions as an inhibitor of apoptosis. CD5L is expressed in the spleen, lymph node, thymus and bone marrow.
Description	CD5L Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a.a 20-347) containing 337 amino acids including a 9 a.a N-terminal His tag. The total molecular mass is 37.2kDa (calculated).
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Formulation	CD5L filtered (0.4 um) and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in 50mM Tris buffer, pH 8.6.
Purity	Purity as determined by densitometric image analysis is greater than 95%.

Storage	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time, it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C.
