Introduction	RAC3 belongs to the Rac subfamily of the Rho small G proteins. RAC3 is a small (approximately 21kDa) monomeric GTP-binding protein, which is an important component of intracellular signaling pathway, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases.
Description	RAC3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 189 amino acids (1-189 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 21kDa. RAC3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation	The RAC3 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT, 200mM NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF and 1mM EDTA.
Purity	Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Usage	ProSpec's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.

Storage	RAC3 although stable 4C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
