Background	Mouse vascular endothelial growth factor D, (VEGFD) is a member of the platelet-derived growth factor/vascular endothelial growth factor (PDGF/VEGF) family. VEGFD is a secreted protein & highly expressed in fetal & adult lung. It undergoes a complex proteolytic maturation, generating multiple processed forms that bind & activate VEGFR-2 & VEGFR-3 receptors. The structure & function of this protein is similar to VEGFC. VEGFD is growth factor which active in angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis, & endothelial cell growth, stimulating their proliferation & migration & also has effects on the permeability of blood vessels.
Description	Recombinant Mouse Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor D is produced by our Mammalian expression system & the target gene encoding Phe98-Ser206 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
Endotoxin	Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 IEU/ug) as determined by LAL test.
Formulation	Supplied as a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH7.4.

Reconstitution	Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
