Description: Kevetrin hydrochloride (also known as thioureidobutyronitrile; 4-Isothioureidobutyronitrile hydrochloride; thioureidobutyronitrile hydrochloride; thioureido butyronitrile hydrochloride), is a water-soluble, small molecule activator of the tumor suppressor protein p53. It has potential antineoplastic activity.
