This kit uses flow cytometry to analyze the composition and proportion of human mature lymphocyte subtypes, such as T cells (CD3+), B cells (CD19+), T helper/inducer cell subsets (CD3+CD4+), T suppressor/cytotoxic cell subsets (CD3+CD8+) and NK cells (CD3-CD16+CD56+).
