Purified human recombinant DPP7 is included in the kit as a positive control. Using this kit only one simple step in which the fluorometric substrate is incubated with purified DPP7 is needed to analyze the DPP7 activity level. The resulting fluorescent product can then be measured with a microtiterplate fluorimeter.
