Specificity:	Recognises rat GRASP (GRIP associated protein). Several GRASPs that bind to distinct PDZ domains within GRIP (glutamate receptor interacting protein) have been identified. GRASP therefore play a key role in the regulation of glutamate receptor function. GRASP-1 may regulate neuronal ras signalling and contribute to AMPA receptor regulation.
