A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MRP14/S100-A9 was used as an immunogen.

WB: 1:1 000 - 5 000IHC: 1:250 - 500ICC: 1:100 - 250. S100-A9 (MRP14) is a member of the S100 family proteins containing two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs (1). S100 proteins are localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a wide range of cells and involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation (2). S100-A9 forms a heterodimer Calprotectin with S100-A8 in a calcium-dependent manner. Calprotectin is a major calcuim- and zinc-binding protein in the cytosol of neutrophils monocytes and keratinocytes (3).
