This affinity-purified antibody is directed against human IRAK-M protein. The product was purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with IRAK-M protein from human mouse and rat sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross reactivity is noted against IRAK-1 or IRAK-2. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known. Predicted
