Description	Recombinant Human Secreted Phospholipase A2-X is manufactured with N-terminal fusion His Tag. It contains 123 amino acid residues of the human secreted phospholipase A2-X and 16 additional amino acid residues of the His Tag.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add 0.2 ml of distilled water and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 2-4C for a limited period of time, it does not show any change after two weeks at 2-4C.
