Description	CALB2 Human Recombinant produced in, E. coli, is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 211 amino acids (1-271 a.a.) and having a MW = 33.7kDa. The CALB2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation	The CALB2 1mg/ml protein solution contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer pH-8 & 10% glycerol

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. After complete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage and Stability	CALB2 although stable 4C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
