Description	Recombinant Human Annexin 7 is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids 1-466 and an N-terminal T7 tag.

Formulation	Sterile filtered liquid in 10 mM Tris, pH 8.0 + 0.1% Triton X-100 + 0.002% sodium azide + 10 mM DTT. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.

Storage and Stability	Store at -20C to -80C. Add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer for long term storage. Please note that the addition of any carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. This depends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
