Description	Recombinant Human Angiopoietin-like Protein 4 is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of His Tag. It contains 204 amino acid residues of the Angiopoietin-like Protein 4 and 16 additional amino acid residues-His Tag (underlined below).

Formulation	Lyophilized from a sterile filtered solution in 0.05 M acetate buffer, pH 4.0.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add 0.2 ml of 0.1 M Acetate buffer, pH 4.0 to the vial to fully solubilize the protein. For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10 ug/ml. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Reconstituted protein is stable for two weeks, at 2-4C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
