Description	Polyclonal antisera were raised in rabbits after immunization with the conjugates: Histamine-Glutaraldehyde-Carriers.
Immunogen	Synthetic Histamine conjugated to bovine serum albumin (BSA)
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized vial must be stored at 4C in a dry area. After reconstitution with 50 ul of distilled water and 50 ul of glycerol, the aliquot can be stored at -20C, and is stable at least 2 years.
Specificity	Using a conjugate Histamine-Glutaraldehyde-Protein, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds: Compounds, Cross-reactivity ratio (a), Histamine-G-BSA, 1 1-Methylhistamine-G-BSA, 1/> 50, 000 3-Methylhistamine-G-BSA, 1/> 50, 000, L-Histidine-G-BSA, 1/> 50, 000 (a): Histamine-G-BSA concentration/Other conjugated amino acid concentration at half displacement, BSA = Bovine Serum Albumin
