Application Notes	The HTK888 immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control (for the relevant formats) for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, functional assay, immunofleorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescent staining (surface or intracellular) for flow cytometric analysis. The LE/NA purified antibody (Endotoxin <0.1 EU/ig, Azide-Free, 0.2 im sterile-filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. CSI11928) as negative control.

Formulation	Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.

Storage and Stability	The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4C.
