Application Notes	In Western blotting this antibody reacts with non-reduced samples and weak with reduced samples. The optimal working dilution should be tested by serial dilution.
Concentration	1 mg/ml
Formulation	100 ug in solution (PBS containing 15 mM sodium azide, pH 7.4). Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store undiluted antibody at 2-8C until expiration date. For long-term storage aliquot antibody and store at -20C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Specificity	The antibody reacts the CD147 antigen. The antibody recognizes the N-terminal Ig-domain of the receptor. The specificity has been determined by flow cytometry with PBL and several cell lines, reactivity with CD98 transfectants and recombinant CD147.
