Description	MMP10 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 401 amino acids (99-476a.a) and having a molecular mass of 45.4kDa. MMP10 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Protein function	Can degrade fibronectin, gelatins of type I, III, IV, and V; weakly collagens III, IV, and V. Activates procollagenase.
