This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-goat IgG (H+L) with CF® 405M dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Blue fluorescent CF® 405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF® 350, CF® 405S, and CF® 405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against chicken, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, and rat serum.

Serum immunoglobulin from Donkey (Equus africanus asinus), BSA from bovine serum (Bos taurus) or recombinant BSA produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells.
