Immunogen	The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human Catenin-beta around the phosphorylation site of Ser33/Ser37/Thr41.
Purification	The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Specificity	Catenin-beta (Phospho-Ser33/Ser37/Thr41) antibody detects endogenous levels of Catenin-beta only when phosphorylated at Ser33/Ser37/Thr41.
