This biotinylated antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.

Product Preparation

This F(ab')₂ secondary antibody was generated by optimal pepsin degestion of the antisera followed by antigen affinity chromatography to elimiate the presence of Fc fragment and whole molecules. The antibody is then conjugated to biotin at a molar ratio to optimize performance.

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
