Storage and Handling

This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored desiccated at 2-8°C. For extended storage, aliquot the reconstituted secondary antibody into working volumes and store at -70°C or add an equal volume of glycerol for a final concentration of 50% and store as a liquid at -20°C.

Working Concentration

It is recommended that working dilutions be prepared fresh daily. FC: 1:100 - 1:800IF: 1:100 - 1:800Secondary antibody concentrations reconstituted with glycerol will be diluted by 50%. Therefore, the working dilution may be one half of what is recommended.
