Specificity	This antibody recognizes the rod domain of Cytokeratin 19 (40 kDa), an intracellular antigen constituting intermmediate cytoskeleton filaments. Cytokeratin 19 is not expressed in hepatocytes. It is often co-expressed with Cytokeratin 7.
