Immunogen	Anti-human MAT2A mAb is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human MAT2A amino acids 1-395 purified from E. coli.
Formulation	1mg/ml containing PBS, pH-7.4, & 0.1% Sodium Azide.
Recommended dilutions	MAT2A antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:1, 000 ~ 1:2, 000 and immunohistochemistry analysis is 1:50~100. Recommended starting dilution for Western blot is 1:1, 000 and Immunohistochemistry is 1:50.
