Specificity	This antibody reacts with extracellular class III epitope on CD34, a 110-115 kDa monomeric transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic progenitors cells and on the most pluripotential stem cells. It is gradually lost on progenitor cells.
