Description	Description: The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the Trp. Pallidum p15 immunodominant regions. The protein contains beta-galactosidase (114 kDa) fused at the N-terminus. Physical Appearance and Stability: Protein should be stored at 4° C.Refrigerate Upon arrival. DO NOT FREEZE. Formulation and Purity: 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 10mM B-ME and 8M urea. Treponema Pallidum protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining). Application: Treponema Pallidum protein is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of Trp. Pallidum with minimal specificity problems.
