Physical Appearance and Stability: Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time.
Formulation and Purity: The filtered (0.4um) concentrated (0.5mg/ml) protein solution was lyophilized with 20mM Tris & 20mM NaCl pH-7.5. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application:
Solubility: It is recomnded to add deionized water to a working concentration of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
