Description: IL17RB Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 514 amino acids (18-292a.a) and having a molecular mass of 57.2kDa (Migrates at 50-70kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions).IL17RB is fused to a 239 amino acid hIgG-His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
