Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized Interleukin-4 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution IL4 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Application:
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleikin-4 in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of TF1 cells is less than 0.2ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 5.0x106 IU/mg.
