modal number =52 to 54; range = 52 to 69. Most of the karyotypes had three normal X chromosomes. Normal chromosomes N1, N5, N13, N14, N15, N16, N19, and N22 were not found. Seventeen marker chromosomes were identified: t(10q14q) der(12)t(1; 12)(q21; p13), der(7)t(7; ?)(q22; ?), del(1)(q11), t(3qter> 3q21::10p15> 10qter), 7q+, del(5)(q13), 19q+, t(10q; 14q), der(4)t(1; 4)(q21; q25), 9q+, 13p+, 15p+ unknown, unknown, unknown, del(6)(q21).

Medium:

AddexBio-formulated Leibovitz's L-15 Medium (C0006-01) + 10% FBS

Subculture:

A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:3 is recommended using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA. Culture at 100% Air, 37C.

Freezing Medium:

Complete growth culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
