Subculture	Initially after thawing cells may be difficult to culture! maintain at high density (>2 x 10^6 cells/ml); cells grow slowly at this stage (with doubling time at 50-70 hours); minimum density at ca. 0.5 x 10^6 cells/ml; seed out at ca. 2 x 10^6 cells/ml with initially 20% FBS in a 24-well plate; after thawing viability decreases during the first several days, but cells recover afterwards; do not change medium during this time. Masimum density at 3-5x10^6 cells/mL. Culture at 5% CO2, 37C.
