Description	Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid votex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Protein Description	Recombinant Human Siglec-15/CD33L3 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Phe20-Thr263) of human Siglec-15/CD33L3 (Accession #NP_998767.1) fused with a Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Protein Bio Activity	Measured by its ability to inhibit Anti-CD3-induced proliferation of jurkat cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 1.8-7.2 μg/mL.
