Description	Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid votex or vigorously pipetting the protein. Protein Description	Recombinant Human CEA/CD66e Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Lys35-Ala685) of human CEACAM-5/CD66e (Accession #NP_004354.2) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Protein Bio Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human CEACAM5 at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CEACAM8 with a linear range of 0.5-3 μg/mL.
