Protein Description	Recombinant Human Angiotensinogen/AGT Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asp 34 - Ala 485 ) of human Angiotensinogen (Accession #NP_000020.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Protein Bio Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human Angiotensinogen at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Angiotensinogen rabbit Mab with a linear range of 0.78-2.44 ng/mL.
